NM State Takes 14-7 Lead

New Mexico State has taken advantage of a MarQueis Gray interception, wasting little time converting that turnover into points.

The Aggies only needed three plays to go 80 yards for a touchdown, as QB Andrew Manly completed passes of 17, 22, and 41 yards, the last one going to Taveon Rogers.

The Gophers defense looked completely befuddled and overmatched on that touchdown drive, and Minnesota is still striving for consistency.

The Gophers took the ensuing kickoff and crossed into New Mexico State territory, but Minnesota was stopped on 4th and 1 at the NM State 40, turning the ball back over to the Aggies.

With 12:11 remaining in the first half, NM State continues to lead 14-7, and they have the ball.
