Minnesota Gophers Hockey: Friday Night Lines

The Golden Gophers are abiding by the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” method. Tonight’s lines are the same as last Friday’s with one exception: sophomore defenseman Jake Parenteau steps in for Blake Thompson.

At the same time freshman Travis Boyd and senior Nico Sacchetti each get another game at the expense of Christian Isackson and Nick Larson. This isn’t a surprise after the fourth line Saturday failed to have the same spark that Minnesota had on Friday. The other three lines have shown chemistry together and have no reason be changed.
