Fresh off a 7-3 victory over Boston University for its first NCAA Tournament win since 2007, the Minnesota Gophers are just one win away from reaching the Frozen Four. Standing in the way of that goal is a dangerous North Dakota squad, who will be looking to bounce the Gophers out of the tournament in Sunday's West regional final.
The fourth overall seed in the tournament, North Dakota ousted Western Michigan 3-1 in a controversial game to reach the second round and set up this season-defining date with the Gophers. The winner here will face the champion of Minnesota-Duluth vs. Boston College in the Frozen Four in Tampa Bay next week.
Location: Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota
Game Time: 5:30 p.m. EST
TV information: ESPNU/ESPN3
