One of the big reasons for the Minnesota Golden Gophers' success this season is getting solid goaltending from senior Kent Patterson. They will need something similar to Patterson's fellow Colorado Avalanche prospect (and current BU senior) Kieren Millan in 2009 if Minnesota wants to punch their ticket to Tampa for the Frozen Four.
