Jumper With 2.3 Seconds Left Gives Timberwolves 113-111 Victory Over Clippers

(Sports Network) – Michael Beasley finished with a game-high 33 points and hit the game-winning jumper with 2.3 seconds left to lead the Timberwolves to a 113-111 victory over the Clippers at Target Center.

Kevin Love supplied 24 points and 14 rebounds and Corey Brewer added 14 points in a reserve role for Minnesota, which stopped a two-game losing streak.

Eric Gordon led Los Angeles with 30 points and seven assists and Blake Griffin tied a career-high with 26 points and added 17 rebounds for the Clippers, who are still searching for their first road victory in six attempts.

Rookie Al-Farouq Aminu finished with 17 points and DeAndre Jordan added 11 and seven rebounds in the loss.
