Timberwolves Lose Heartbreaker To Thunder, 118-117, In Overtime

(Sports Network) - Kevin Durant topped off a career night by making the go-ahead jumper with 28.3 seconds left in overtime, lifting the Oklahoma City Thunder over the Minnesota Timberwolves, 118-117.

Durant tied a career high with 47 points and pulled down a career-best 18 rebounds for the Thunder, who have won two of three. Jeff Green tallied 19 points and eight boards for Oklahoma City, which got 16 points and eight assists from Russell Westbrook.

Kevin Love recorded his 31st straight double-double with 31 points and 21 rebounds for the Timberwolves, who have lost five in a row and 10 of 11 overall. Michael Beasley added 30 points, nine caroms and seven assists in defeat.
