Timberwolves at Bucks Game Preview

Two relatively cold teams are going to be getting together this evening at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, as the Minnesota Timberwolves take the worst record of the Western Conference to Wisconsin to battle the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Bucks lost eight of their last ten prior to the All-Star break, yet still only trail the Indiana Pacers by 3.5 games for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. The Timberwolves have lost their last four and 13 of their last 16 overall. Minnesota has a worse record than every NBA team that doesn't play its home games in Cleveland.

The Wolves will be without Jonny Flynn for tonight. . .which most would hardly see as detrimental. . .as he has a hip injury that has caused the team to shut him down for a while. They could also continue to be without forward Michael Beasley, who has missed the last five games with an ankle injury.

As always, Wolves fans will be keeping an eye on forward Kevin Love to see if he can keep his double-double streak going. He now has 42 games in a row with double digits in points and rebounds, and will attempt to keep that going tonight against the Bucks.

Tip-off from the Bradley Center tonight is set for 7:00 PM Central tonight, and you can either watch the action on Fox Sports North or listen to the game on KFAN-AM 1130.
