The 2012-13 NBA regular season gets underway on Tuesday with a couple of headlining matchups. The Boston Celtics will travel to Miami to face the defending champion Heat, and the Dallas Mavericks are up against the Los Angeles Lakers, who added Steve Nash and Dwight Howard during the offseason.
The Minnesota Timberwolves don't open up their season until Friday, when they'll meet the Sacramento Kings at the Target Center. The Kings begin their season against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday.
