The Minnesota Timberwolves will go on the road this weekend for a back-to-back, starting on Friday night when they take on the Portland Trail Blazers. The Wolves will hit the road armed with star power forward Kevin Love, who returned to the floor on Wednesday against the Nuggets to put up a 34-point, 14-rebound performance. Love broke his hand on Oct. 17, and came back sooner than many expected. It's a good thing that Love is back too, because the Timberwolves could use him against the Blazers' LaMarcus Aldridge.
On Saturday, the Wolves will move on to the Bay Area to take on the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors will be without center Andrew Bogut, who's dealing with an ankle injury. His absence should give Love and fellow big man Nikola Pekovic plenty of room to operate down low.
