After two games at home, the Minnesota Timberwolves will go back on the road for two games this week. Minnesota will not play until Wednesday, but will then have a back-to-back.

The Timberwolves' week starts on Wednesday in Utah where Minnesota will face the Jazz. Wednesday's game will be the first meeting between the teams this season. Both are competing for positioning in the Western Conference as Utah is currently one game behind Minnesota. While the Timberwolves are ahead of Utah in the standings, the Jazz are 9-4 at home this season.

Minnesota won't have much time to rest after playing the Jazz as they will head to Denver for a game against the Nuggets on Thursday. The Nuggets have been very good at home this season. Denver is 9-1 at home this season. The Nuggets will play the Los Angeles Clippers at home on Tuesday before facing the Timberwolves. Thursday's game will be the third meeting between the teams this season. They split the first two games with the Timberwolves knocking off Denver 108-105 in the last meeting.
