Timberwolves Vs. Suns Final Score: Minnesota Wins High Scoring Affair, 127-124

The Minnesota Timberwolves snapped their brief two-game losing streak and returned to a game above .500 on Monday night by defeating the Phoenix Suns in a very high scoring affair, 127-124.

Minnesota followed up a 63-point first half with 64 points in the second half and 23 of those came from Kevin Love. Love, who was a game-time decision after leaving shootaround with back spasms, finished with 30 points (5-for-9 from three-pointers) and seven rebounds.

The Timberwolves saw 52 points from their bench -- Wayne Ellington (15), Michael Beasley (15), and Derrick Williams (19) -- and another 24 points from Nikola Pekovic. Luke Ridnour nearly had a double-double with 10 points and nine assists.

This was Minnesota's second of a seven-game road trip. They play next on Thursday in Utah against the Jazz.
