Timberwolves Vs. Kings: Darko Milicic Out, Nikola Pekovic Questionable For Minnesota

Minnesota Timberwolves reserve center Darko Milicic did not make the trip West and though Nikola Pekovic travelled with the team, he did not play on Sunday and is questionable for Monday night's game against the Sacramento Kings, according to Jerry Zgoda of The Star Tribune.

Milicic has been banished to Rick Adelman's dog house, playing just once in the last 12 games. He is out with what the team is calling a strained right hamstring. Pekovic has been bothered by bone spurs in his right ankle. Via Zgoda:

Pekovic worked out before Sunday's game -- his first court work in more than a week because of bone spurs on his right ankle -- but did not play.

He said he is hopeful he can play Monday at Sacramento, but coach Rick Adelman wasn't optimistic about that.
