The 2011 season has been a complete disaster for the Minnesota Twins. The team is fighting. . .badly. . .to stay out of last place in the American League Central, and the injuries and ineptitude has made 2011 a season to forget.
But, as the old saying goes in baseball, there's always next year. With that, the Twins have released their 2012 schedule, and we're here to give you a look at it.
The Twins will open the 2012 season in Baltimore with a three-game set against the Orioles on April 6, 7, and 8. The home opener will then take place on April 9, when the Twins will host the Los Angeles Angels in a somewhat unusual three-game series. The series will start on April 9, which is a Monday, and then will see both teams take a day off before concluding the series on April 11 and 12.
If you're looking to take in a game at Target Field, here are opponents for all of the Twins' 81 home games, and what dates the Twins will play those teams.
