The Minnesota Twins are going to have to wait to attempt to end their six-game skid, as Saturday afternoon's game has been rained out. Here are the details from the team:
Today's (Saturday, April 28) game against the Kansas City Royals has been rescheduled due to inclement weather. The game will be made up on Saturday, June 30 at 12:10 p.m. as part of a split day-night doubleheader (gates open at 10 a.m.) The game scheduled for 6:10 p.m. on Saturday, June 30 will be played at its originally-scheduled time (gates open at 5 p.m.).
Fans with tickets to Saturday's game can use their stubs for the June 30 game or exchange them for an upcoming non-premium game.
If you're wondering how this will affect the rotation, beat reporter Rhett Bollinger also provided that info:
#Twins rotation is now Marquis (Sun), Blackburn (Mon), Liriano (Tues), Hendriks (Weds), Pavano (Fri). Pavano gets extra rest.
