The Minnesota Twins resume their weekend series against the Seattle Mariners on Saturday night when the two teams meet again at Safeco Field.
The Twins look to begin a rare winning streak after rallying to win the first game of the series on Friday night. It won't be easy for Minnesota though as they'll face a motivated Mariners team having their own problems in the midst of a seven-game losing streak. Seattle will also have their ace on the hill as nasty right-hander Felix Hernandez will try to stop the losing for the M's. Hernandez is 2-1 with a 2.23 ERA in his five starts, often left begging for run support.
Minnesota will counter with right-hander Jason Marquis on the mount. Marquis has taken advantage of solid runs support in his three starts so far this season, taking the hill on Saturday with a 2-0 record and 6.23 ERA.
The game is scheduled to start at 8:10 p.m. CT and will be televised on Fox Sports North
