Twins Vs. Brewers: Starting Lineups For Friday's Opener

Francisco Liriano's 2nd stint in the rotation moves forward on Friday evening at Target Field, as the Minnesota Twins will kick off a three-game interleague series with a tough Milwaukee Brewers squad.

Friday's game will mark Liriano's 4th start for the Twins since being banished to the bullpen by manager Ron Gardenhire for erratic command back in May. And after tossing six shutout inings against Oakland on May 30, Liriano has appeared more composed and looks to have a better command of his pitches than he did to open the season.

Liriano will hope to get the better of a Milwaukee lineup that features two of the most dangerous bats in the National League in former MVP winner Ryan Braun and third baseman Aramis Ramirez. The Twins will counter with the duo of Joe Mauer and Josh Willingham on a night where slugger Justin Morneau was given a day off.

Here are the starting lineups for Friday's game:

5. Ryan Doumit - DH
6. Trevor Plouffe - 3B
7. Brian Dozier - SS
