The Twins begin a four-game series against the Boston Red Sox on Thursday as both teams attempt to get on the winning track through the weekend. Minnesota faces John Lester (5-8, 5.49 ERA) in the opener, while Samuel Deduno (2-0, 3.13 ERA) takes the mound for the Twins.

Deduno has given up just one run in each of his last three starts with Minnesota posting wins in all of them. But the Twins are going to want to see Deduno limit his walks in this outing. The right-hander 16 in 23 innings mostly due to poor control of his fastball.
