Twins Vs. Rangers Preview: Minnesota Looks To Get Back In The Win Column After Dreadful August

The Minnesota Twins look to get back in the win column after dropping their last five games and 14 out of their last 16.

Right hander Cole De Vries will take the mound for Minnesota. De Vries allowed only two runs on six hits in 5.2 innings in his last start against the Oakland Athletics, however, he took the loss, dropping his record to 2-5. He enters Sunday with a 4.89 ERA and a WHIP of 1.31.

For the first place Texas Rangers, Scott Feldman will look to complete the weekend sweep. Feldman has struggled of late, losing each of his last three starts, but enters today's game supported by a red-hot Rangers offense. Texas has scored at least eight runs in each of its past four games. Feldman is currently 6-9 with a 4.77 ERA.

Game Date/Time: Aug. 26, 3:05 p.m. EST
