The Vikings’ defense made a great stop to start the first half and Greg Camarillo returned the ensuing punt into Jets’ territory, allowing the Vikings to run their second play on New York’s side of the field.
And it ended the same way their first snap in New York territory did. . .with a fumble by Brett Favre.
The Jets took the ball and moved it into Minnesota territory again, and tacked on another Nick Folk field goal to make the score 12-0.
If Minnesota’s offense doesn’t start picking it up soon, it’s not going to matter what the Jets do.
