Randy Moss Participated In Vikings Practice Thursday; First Since Being Traded

If you haven’t heard yet, Randy Moss was re-acquired by the Minnesota Vikings earlier this week. Also, the Minnesota Twins are in the playoffs, the Minnesota Wild have began their season and the Minnesota Timberwolves are undefeated (in the preseason).

Now that everyone is all caught up on Minnesota sports, the top ESPN headline is that Moss practiced today and, well, the Vikings are happy about it according to the Star Tribune.

Moss began practice by having a brief conversation with offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell off to the side. He joined the wide receivers group after early special teams drills and you could tell wide receivers coach George Stewart was more than excited.

Stewart bounced up and down as Moss jogged across the practice field to join his position group. Moss caught passes mainly from Brett Favre through individual drills. Several times Moss chatted with the other receivers before a rep about how the Vikings run certain routes.

Good to know that Moss and Favre are working on their chemistry together.
