Minnesota Vikings 0, Arizona Cardinals 0 - Thank Goodness For Special Teams

Chris Kluwe. . .who may be the Vikings’ best non-Adrian Peterson player this season. . .nailed one of his best punts of the year towards the end of the first quarter. He floated a 51-yarder down the field, and special teams captain Heath Farwell plucked the ball out of the air to keep it out of the end zone, and Kenny Onatolu kept it fron going back into the end zone, downing it at the 1-yard line for the Vikings.

The Vikings forced another Cardinal punt, and now have first and 10 from their own 48-yard line as we move to the second quarter.

One quarter of play in the books, and this game is still scoreless.
