In what was a rather weird development last week, Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk put the Minnesota Vikings at number 32 in his Power Rankings. As in dead last in the league. . .worse than the winless Buffalo Bills and a Dallas Cowboys team that’s mailing it in, among others. Much of that had to do with the off-field turmoil with Brad Childress, Randy Moss, Percy Harvin, and a cast of (seemingly) thousands.
This week, the Vikings actually have a more reflective ranking, as PFT has them sitting at number 23. Their analysis? Incredibly vague.
This could get very interesting.
And that’s it. . .that’s the analysis. Yeesh. . .apparently, Mr. Florio is not getting paid by the word.
