Detroit Lions 10, Minnesota Vikings 0 - Lions March 94 Yards For A Touchdown

The defensive effort for the Vikings on this last series can generously be described as “craptastic.”

After Chris Kluwe hit another beautiful punt to pin the Lions down at their own 6-yard line, Shaun Hill. . .yes, Shaun Hill. . .led Detroit on a beautiful drive down the field, converting third down after third down with the Vikings unable. . .or unwilling. . .to really do very much about it. The drive concluded with a 7-yard touchdown pass from Hill to former Viking Nate Burleson.

The Detroit drive went 94 yards in 15 plays, taking four minutes and 39 seconds off of the clock.

As we head to the locker room at halftime, the Minnesota Vikings trail the Detroit Lions by a score of 10-0.
