McNabb Interception Stops Promising Vikings Drive

The Vikings drove all the way into the Red Zone after beginning the drive on their own 19 yard line, highlighted by a 41-yard completion to Kyle Rudolph and a crucial 4th and 3 conversion to Visanthe Shiancoe. Adrian Peterson appeared to fumble, but the play was overturned and the Vikings kept the ball.

However, it just delayed the inevitable Minnesota turnover. On 3rd and 15, Donovan McNabb threw a screen pass over Toby Gerhart’s head, which was tipped and intercepted by Kansas City. The score remains 7-3 Vikings midway through the second quarter.
