Chiefs Take Advantage Of McNabb Turnover, Cut Vikings Lead To 7-6

The Chiefs didn’t take long to capitalize on Donovan McNabb’s interception, getting deep into Vikings territory on the first play after the turnover. But the drive stalled after getting inside the Vikings’ 10, highlighted by Matt Cassel frustratingly throwing the ball into the ground on third down. Ryan Succop nailed a 23-yard field goal to cut the Vikings’ advantage to a single point with 5:15 remaining in the second quarter.
