Vikings At Packers Score Update: Green Bay Adds Field Goal, Leads 17-0

The Minnesota Vikings had a fairly promising drive going, but managed to shoot themselves in the foot enough times to come out of it without any points.

Minnesota appeared to be on the verge of punting again, but Christian Ponder completed a very nice 34-yard pass to Visanthe Shiancoe to put the ball into Packer territory. After a long pass to Percy Harvin was negated by an offensive pass interference call, the Vikings moved closer to the goal line, but had to settle for a field goal attempt. Ryan Longwell had drilled a 47-yard attempt, but Fred Evans got called for a false start on the play. The attempt was moved five yards back, and Longwell was unable to convert from 52 yards out.

The Packers then drove into Minnesota territory again, and after converting a 4th and 5, stalled out inside the Minnesota 10-yard line. Green Bay settled for a 25-yard field goal attempt from Mason Crosby, which he hit to make the score 17-0, Green Bay.

We have 11:35 left in the first half of play from Lambeau Field, and it still isn't looking good for Minnesota.
