Minnesota Vikings' Week 13 Game Against Denver Broncos Flexed To Early Afternoon

New, 1 comment

In Week 13, the Minnesota Vikings will play host to the Denver Broncos, but the game can't be seen on the originally scheduled time. Utilizing it's flex scheduling, the league has moved the Denver-Minnesota game from 4:05 p.m. eastern to the earlier slot, at 1:00 p.m. eastern. Other games have been flexed as well, with particular note to the Detroit Lions and New Orleans Saints game, which was moved to Sunday Night Football, and the Cleveland Browns vs. Baltimore Ravens, which was moved to the late afternoon to be one of two marquee matchups.

At this point in the season, the Vikings aren't providing that kind of marquee vibe. They're at the bottom of the NFC North division, and though moving this game to the morning might mean it could be that big matchup for that time slot, it's likely because of Tim Tebow and the Broncos and not Christian Ponder and the Vikings.
