The Minnesota Vikings turned the Chicago Bears over again, and the results this time were much more favorable than they were the last time.
Vikings' linebacker E.J. Henderson was responsible for the turnover this time, as he hit Bears' running back Khalil Bell, forcing a fumble that bounced right into the hands of safety Jamarca Sanford. It was the second turnover of the game for the Bears, and the Vikings looked to take advantage.
It took them only three plays to do so, as Percy Harvin took the first play around left end, being led by Jim Kleinsasser, to put the Vikings down at the Chicago 5-yard line. After an incomplete pass, Harvin got the ball again, blasting his way up the middle for a 5-yard touchdown run, and Ryan Longwell's extra point increased the Minnesota lead to 10-0.
The Minnesota Vikings are playing to win this one, folks, and with 3:34 left in the first quarter, they lead the Bears by a score of 10-0.
