Week 7 NFL odds and lines, Cardinals vs. Vikings:

The Minnesota Vikings are favored to beat the Arizona Cardinals in Week 7.

Patrick McDermott

It's fair to say that both the Minnesota Vikings and Arizona Cardinals have been impressive this season, especially with the dearth of high expectations for both teams. The squads are 4-2 and vying for first place in their respective divisions, though both teams lost their last outings. Minnesota fell to Robert Griffin III and the Washington Redskins, while Arizona fell to a less-heralded opponent in the Buffalo Bills.

In their Week 7 matchup, the Vikings are favored by at least 4.5 points according to the opening lines at SB Nation's NFL odds page. Since those opening lines, the odds have moved a bit more, but not in favor of Arizona. You can find the VIkings as high as 7-point favorites this week.

The over/under for the game is set at an optimistic 41 points. Both teams have a propensity to have their games go the under route, as noted by OddsShark.com, so it might be smart to go with the under, regardless of the total here. Minnesota's defense has been very good this year, and it's hard to imagine the Cardinals doing that much damage without a quarterback.
