Super Bowl Appetizer Ideas - Mini Turkey Wraps

If your Super Bowl party is lacking interesting food options and you're planning on settling for pizza and buffalo wings as you usually do, give it a bit of a kick with some home made mini Turkey wraps. Simple and effective, it gives the people something less greasy to munch on. Below is a bare bones recipe for turkey wraps, it's easy to add whatever else you want into the mix for it.

* Tortillas (large)
* Sliced Deli Turkey
* Lettuce (thin romaine works best)
* Provolone Cheese
* Mayonnaise
* Toothpicks

Spread the Tortillas out on a table and spread the mayonnaise evenly on them, layering the other ingredients on top evenly with a heavier emphasis on the turkey. Once finished, roll the tortillas up and chop them up into small wraps, securing each one with a toothpick. Make sure to chill them in the fridge for 12 hours or so before serving.

Of course, that is a very bare-bones recipe for the wraps, you can add whatever other garnishes or vegetables you'd like, or add in other meats like ham to the mix.
