Former Minnesota Vikings All-Pro wide receiver Randy Moss is officially coming back and he's going to play for Jim Harbaugh and the San Francisco 49ers, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Moss worked out with the 49ers on Monday and then the New Orleans Saints on Tuesday. During those workouts he supposedly looked like the Moss that would burn corners for long touchdowns on the reg in Minnesota.
After the Saints' workout, Schefter said that Moss had two other visits lined up with unidentified teams, but Moss ultimately went with the team that gave him the first look.
Moss' new teammate Anthony Dixon witnessed the star receiver's workout with head coach Jim Harbaugh and was thoroughly impressed:
Dixon, naturally, thought Moss "looked good" during his workout this morning in Santa Clara. During the portion of the session Dixon witnessed, Moss ran slants, outs, curls and go routes, catching passes delivered by coach Jim Harbaugh.
