Minnesota Vikings' wide receiver Percy Harvin tweeted on Monday afternoon that he would need surgery on his shoulder, but would be back in time for Organized Team Activities (OTAs). NFL reporter Jason La Canfora mentioned that the surgery would merely be a clean up, which was corroborated soon thereafter by ESPN's Adam Schefter:
Don't worry, Viking fans. Just arthroscopic surgery, a cleanup. RT @Percy_Harvin: Just found out I will need surgery on shoulder.

We still don't even know which shoulder it is that needs the clean up or how exactly he injured it -- it's likely just the rigors of the NFL. Harvin played in all 16 games this past season and was never on the injury list due to an ailing shoulder.
