NFL Draft Round Three: Minnesota Vikings Select CB Josh Robinson

The Minnesota Vikings addressed their secondary with their third selection in the 2012 NFL Draft, nabbing Central Florida defensive back Josh Robinson with the 66th overall selection.

Robinson is a 5'10", 200-pound cornerback that ESPN had ranked as the 61st best overall player in the draft class of 2012. The book on him is that he doesn't provide a whole lot in run support, but he has good speed and has shown good ability in coverage. He did have the fastest 40-yard dash time at this year's NFL Combine, and was also a very good punt returner for the Golden Knights, so that might be a role he finds himself in for the Vikings when he first gets started.

So, the Vikings appear to be done for this evening as far as picks are concerned. They still have nine picks on the docket for Saturday, so that could turn out to be a fairly crazy day. Regardless, we will have all the coverage of all of the Vikings' picks right here for you at SB Nation Minnesota.
