Minnesota Vikings training camp is off to a rather inauspicious start, but it sounds like things got a little bit crazy on Monday as the team began its first practices in full pads. Not on the field, however, but off it.
All-Pro running back Adrian Peterson isn't expected to begin practicing anytime soon as he continues to deal with the rehabbing of last season's gruesome knee injuries, but that didn't preclude him from making headlines on Monday after going to the hospital due to a bout with seafood.

It kind of seems weird that Peterson would eat a lunch that he's allergic to, doesn't it? Either way, it's a good thing he's okay and that the Vikings don't have yet another reason to worry about their running back.
