The Minnesota Vikings enter Sunday's game at the Metrodome against the San Francisco 49ers as 7.5-pt. underdogs, according to OddsShark.com. That line originally began at Minnesota +6, and has only increased from there. The over/under is set at 43.5.

Minnesota is 1-1 on the season, with an overtime win against Jacksonville followed by a last-second loss to Indianapolis. The team failed to cover the spread in both games. The first two weeks have left Minnesota 1-5 against the spread in its last six games and 1-4 ATS in its last five home games. The Vikings are, however, 4-1 against the spread in their last five games against the 49ers.

San Francisco has arguably been the best team in the NFL through two weeks, defeating both Green Bay and Detroit by eight points each. With those wins, San Francisco went to 6-1 in its last seven games. The 49ers have traditionally struggled against Minnesota, particularly in Minneapolis; San Francisco has won just one of its last eight games in the Metrodome.
