VIDEO: Minnesota Wild Prospect Jason Zucker 100 Percent After Hit

One of the scarier moments last weekend was Minnesota Wild prospect and current Denver University Pioneer Jason Zucker lying on the ice motionless after being hit by University of Minnesota player Kyle Rau Friday. The 2010 Draft pick (59th overall) had to be helped off the ice and missed Saturday's game.

The concern among Wild fans - especially in a year which has seen Pierre-Marc Bouchard and Guillaume Latendresse sidelined indefinitely with head injuries - was that Zucker suffered a concussion. Any long-term injury would put General Manager Chuck Fletcher's plans of signing the 2012 Team USA World Junior Captain after the season (something he said in an interview with Paul Allen of KFAN) on hold.

However, it appears that Zucker is 100% and will play this weekend against Wisconsin.

Jason Zucker spoke to Mike Chambers of the Denver Post on Wednesday about his health after the Rau hit. He also stated, to the surprise of Chambers, that he did not lose consciousness from the hit

Chambers' video is after the jump.
