On Tuesday afternoon, superstar free agent Zach Parise landed in Minnesota in order to meet with his family to discuss the multiple offers that several teams have presented him in order to try and entice him to seemingly finish his career in their city.
When met by Star Tribune reporter Michael Russo, Parise made it clear that the decision is far more difficult than he ever could have imagined and stated that there are many issues that go with this kind of decision that people don't realize.
Most importantly, he wanted to make sure to mention that money is not the only deciding factor. It is expected that the Minnesota Wild have put forth the most money in order to bring Parise home for good.
Parise has no timetable, says is "so much more than the money. That plays a very small part in it." #MNWild

Parise has mentioned that he needs to speak with his fiance about the offers prior to accepting one. He also stated that being in Minnesota had no impact on his decision.
For folks that think he wouldn't fly back to Minnesota to announce he's leaving, he laughed: "this is where I live."
