The Minnesota Wild remain in the running for two prized free agents but must wait at least another day for their decision. Free agent left winger Zach Parise and defenseman Ryan Suter are in high demand and expect to sign long-term, high-dollar contracts for their services.
The Minnesota Wild remain in the running for both players despite the wait, according to Michael Russo.
No decision tonight from Zach Parise or Ryan Suter. But I can assure you, the #mnwild is still very much in this ballgame for both players

After the free agent signing period opened up on Sunday, the Wild jumped into the fray to attract both Parise and Suter and their efforts thus far have worked with both players reportedly listing the Wild among their three finalists. Both players are 27-years old and heading into their eighth year in the NHL.
