For those of you joining in with us on our adventure into Minnesota Swarm lacrosse, or for those who are already die-hard fans, the Swarm have a new series of videos that you will want to see. Part one of "Joe Knows" is up on the Swarm website today, and is also found after the jump here.
In the video, Swarm defenseman Joe Cinosky takes you through two days in the life of an NLL player. He includes some tastes of what he does off the field and away from the Swarm. You also get a good look at what these guys do to stay entertained on trips (hint... NHL video games).
