An interesting affair here at the X thus far. Defenses have been tight, goaltenders making some huge saves, and the offenses stifled. Some great chances both directions have been turned away, including some full out player vs goaltender breakaways.
The game has been physical, even for an NLL game, both sides laying some big licks. Rory Smith was given a cross checking penalty, which SBN’s own Zachary Zielonka believes will get him some supplemental discipline.
